Terms and Conditions for Return
At Pehelwani, it is our endeavour to deliver only the best to our customers. However, we understand that there is always a scope of improvement and to serve our customers better, we have put in place this return and replacement Policy (“Return and Refund Policy”). We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 01st Oct 2020.
- We do not have a replacement or return policy for items sold on our website (“All Supplements”)
- We, at Pehelwani, ensure that Items undergo several levels of quality check before being dispatched. However, customer satisfaction is also of utmost importance to us and therefore in case any item is delivered to you in a tampered, faulty or damaged state, you may send the pictures of such Item to us at email@example.com / What’s App : 9000075795.
- All complaints / replacement request shall be checked by our team. On being satisfied of any quality issue with the Item, we shall send a new Item to your address. Please note that the decision of the Pehelwani team shall be final and conclusive with respect to any replacement request.
- In case we are out of stock for such Item, our team shall get in touch with you and communicate the expected date of availability of such product. In case such delayed delivery is not acceptable to you, we shall process your refund.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7 working days to your original mode of payment and will reflect in your account as per standard timelines.
- Any such complaint/ replacement request shall be made within 7 days of receiving of such Item. Any request made after the expiry of such time shall not be entertained.
